I will sign both of them as well and return one of them to you , we then will both have an original. At this time we only except Postal Money Orders,Western union or Money Gram.

Owner will provide he/she with a copy of the Veterinarian's health certificate at time of shipping. The puppy will have had the vaccinations appropriate for it's age.
Shot record will accompany dog during shipping. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated below:

AT NO TIME WILL A CASH REFUND BE GIVEN AFTER DEPOSIT OR PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE FOR SAID PUPPY.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE-NON TRANSFERABLE.
ALL HEALTH GUARANTEED ARE NULL AND VOID IF PUPPY IS NOT TAKEN TO VET WITH IN 72 HOURS UPON ARRIVAL

1. The general health of this animal is guaranteed for 3 working days through examination by a Veterinarian at the expense of the he/she and all expenses concurred from this exam will be the he/she's responsibility. Proof of Veterinarian exam must be sent to owner within 1 week of first intial visit with proof of date of examination to be within the 72 hours upon puppies arrival. If the dog is to be found to have any life threatening diseases and written documentation of the condition is presented, the owner shall replace with another puppy of equal value provided the dog and registration papers are returned to the owner and he/she shall pay for the dog to shipped back to owner.
2. This animal is guaranteed to be free of hereditary or genetic defects visible by 6 months of age. Determination of a hereditary defect is to be made by the unanimous agreement of two Veterinarians agreeable to both parties. Cost of the opinions are to be assumed by the buyer. The owner shall: Replace the dog provided that the living dog originally purchased and its registration papers are returned to owner and no cash refunds will be given at any time.He/she assumes shipping cost of replacement puppy to be sent.
3. If he/she decides to sell or otherwise dispose of the dog, owner has the right to first refusal.

4. Hypoglycemia is not covered under this warranty. This is a management problem.

5. Hernias, uneven bites, are not covered under this warranty. This guarantee does not insure size of puppy at adult age. Puppies are offered as pet quality, with full AKC registration.

6. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract.

7. This guarantee/contract is non-transferrable.
